Shipping
Greg's Guitars will ship anywhere worldwide, shipping, handling and insurance is buyers responsibility. All equipment will be properly packaged for shipping and tracking number will be provided to the buyer. Greg's Guitars assumes no responsibility as to any damage incurred during shipment, so insurance is highly advised. We do not forge customs forms for pricing, all duties, taxes and import fee's are buyers responsibility. Due to C.I.T.E.S regulations, buyer is responsible for guitar customs clearance. Greg's Guitars assumes no responsibility for any customs seizures or refunds due to such. Returns
Ironclad transactions, happy clients. Customer tastes and hearing do vary, so any returns due to "tone" or "feel" or "sound" or "set-up" can not apply as a refund.
