Item Inspection & Instrument Setups: We inspect each item for condition and functionality prior to being listed for sale online. Additionally we inspect each item again before shipment. Damaged or Lost Items & Insurance: All items ship fully insured. It is the responsibility of Tone Wolf to deliver your item in the condition outlined in the product listing. However, as hard as we try, sometimes things happen beyond our control once the item is in the hands of the carrier. If your order arrives with any issue, or is completely lost, don't worry we'll handle it. For international orders, please note that once your item is delivered to customs agents in your country, neither Tone Wolf nor the shipment carrier can be responsible for damaged or lost items.

Returns All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. When you shop at Tone Wolf, you'll have one week from the date of delivery to decide if the gear is right for you.
