Next Day and 2nd Day delivery options are available. For international orders, customs clearance may delay delivery of your item beyond the normal transit time quoted by the carrier. Item Inspection & Instrument Setups: We inspect each item for condition and functionality prior to being listed for sale online. Additionally we inspect each item again before shipment. Each instrument is set up and tested prior to shipment. Instrument string height, neck relief, pickup height, etc are set within a general tolerance. Keep in mind that climate fluctuations may affect the instrument's overall feel and playability during or after transit. Damaged or Lost Items & Insurance: All items ship fully insured. It is the responsibility of Tone Wolf to deliver your item in the condition outlined in the product listing. Returns

All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. When you shop at Tone Wolf, you'll have one week from the date of delivery to decide if the gear is right for you. Please contact us prior to shipping your item back for return authorization and instructions.
