Item Inspection & Instrument Setups: We inspect each item for condition and functionality prior to being listed for sale online. Additionally we inspect each item again before shipment. Damaged or Lost Items & Insurance: All items ship fully insured. It is the responsibility of Tone Wolf to deliver your item in the condition outlined in the product listing.
