This 2025 ESP Vulture James Hetfield Signature Series is in mint condition. This guitar has been played less than 30 minutes by its original owner who purchased it brand new two weeks ago. The original COA states that the final inspection date for this instrument was 3/17/25… St. Patrick’s Day! Whoever buys this Vulture is going to be quite lucky indeed as it is virtually brand new and at a killer price! These Signature Series ESP guitars are built in the ESP Japan Custom Shop to the highest of standards. The ESP Custom Shop builds some of the absolute finest high performance guitars in the world and this Vulture is certainly no exception.
This ESP features a righteous feeling one piece mahogany neck with a Thin “U” shaped profile that is super ergonomic and fast to play with 22 immaculate Extra Jumbo frets and a 24.75” scale length. This guitar plays absolutely flawlessly up and down the dark ebony fingerboard with low snappy action and spot on intonation. The mother of pearl vulture inlay looks seriously bitchin' in contrast to the dark ebony board and just pop! A super cool touch. The hardware on this guitar is 100% top notch and features a set of Gotoh locking tuning machines along with a TonePros locking TOM and tailpiece for rock solid tuning stability and super quick string changes. The electronics are in perfect working order and the EMG JH pickup set delivers some seriously monstrous crushing tones! The aluminum “flip out” battery compartment on the back of the guitar is also pretty ingenious and makes for super easy 9V battery changes! This Vulture is very lightweight coming in at 7lb 2oz and is also very resonant when played unplugged. This guitar is housed in its original ESP rectangular hardshell case and includes its original strap locks and Certificate of Authenticity from ESP Guitars.
