Description

Circa 1930s Larson Brothers Euphonon in excellent condition. This guitar is all original and has a few small professionally repaired top cracks near the edge of the lower bout. This Euphonon was constructed with a spruce top, mahogany back and sides, a mahogany neck with an ivoroid bound ebony fingerboard, and an ebony bridge. The neck measures 1 11/16" nut width, measures 0.77" deep at the first fret, 1.03" deep at the ninth fret, and has 2 1/14" string spacing The guitar has a 25.5" scale, weighs 3.88 lbs, has a 16" lower bout, and a 12" upper bout. A rare guitar with a fine sound and a gorgeous stained "chocolate" top. The action on the guitar is currently high. Comes with the original hardshell case.
