1962 Fender Jazz Bass Sunburst

This Fender Jazz Bass was made in the USA in 1962. It shows considerable play wear from years of use, but it is in good structural shape and an awesome instrument. It has has a "slab" rosewood board and the neck is straight and true. The bass is all original except that it has been refretted. The original sunburst finish is worn and there is finish checking. The only other thing to mention is that it was apparently previously owned by someone who was blind who made small indentations where the side dots were so that they could find their way around on the neck (see pics). The bass weighs 9 pounds, 1 ounce. It has been pro-setup in our store and plays great.
