All Guitars have a 24 hour authentication period.
Buyer is responsible for shipping on returned items with no exceptions.
All returned items must arrive in the same condition they were sent.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping damage and must contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.
We do not refund shipping charges and if you pay with a paypal there is a 4% restocking fee. If you pay with cash, check, paypal, or bank wire there is no restocking fee.
