1973 Gibson SG Standard
Description
In factory Cherry finish, faded on the front to a more walnut shade. Good condition overall, professionally repaired headstock crack, one changed tuner, otherwise all-original including “tarback” humbuckers, “harmonica bridge”, pots, jack, pickguard, etc. Honduran mahogany neck and body, unbound ebony fingerboard with pearl blocks, “crown” headstock inlay, and a good weight at 7 pounds. Plays and sounds great (tarbacks, no surprise there), no structural or electronic issues. A great vintage rock guitar all around. Comes in its original (and pretty clean) rectangular Gibson hard case. Made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA.
