Prewar Gibson RB-Granada Flathead Original 5-String Mastertone

Hi friends. I have decided to sell my prewar RB-Granada flathead. It is a factory original heavyweight 20-hole flathead with a full uncut Mastertone label, from a well documented batch of two piece flange mahogany RB- Granadas. However, this is the only flathead of that batch. It has great historical significance because it is the lowest known factory order number for any full weight, full sticker flathead of any style or designation (RB, TB, PB). This is a well known and extensively documented banjo, previously owned by the legendary Darrell McCumbers. I couldn't pass up the opportunity to purchase this incredible and historic banjo when it became available, but it is time to find its next caretaker. The sound is tremendous- equally as good as anything else in my collection.The original hardshell case is included as well as the documentation that goes back decades. Serious inquiries only.
