1952 Gibson Les Paul Standard Conversion Goldtop

This Gibson Les Paul Standard was made in the USA in 1952. At some point it was modified to '56 specs with a tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece instead of the trapeze setup. The top was refinished gold while the back and sides and the neck have the original finish. The pickups are original. Three original pots, one changed. Changed tuners. The plastic parts are original except the switch tip. This guitar has the original '52 style neck angle but with the bridge all the way down plays well. It has been pro-setup in our store and comes with the original case.
