Electronics: Original electronics. The guitar has a P90, a volume pot, and a tone pot. The visible pot code dates to 1961.

Pickup Measurements: 6.5 kΩ

Hardware: The bridge has been replaced with a MojoAxe bridge. The tuners have been replaced by antiqued Kluson tuners. The nut has been replaced with a bone nut. All other hardware is original.

Cosmetic Condition: This vintage Gibson guitar has aged nicely and is in good condition. The finish is glossy with extensive finish checking. The body shows finish chips of varying sizes throughout. The back of the heel of the neck shows an empty screw hole where the strap button originally was. The face of the headstock shows the footprints of the washers of previously installed Grover tuners. The metal hardware is lightly tarnished with age.

Modifications/Repairs: The bridge has been replaced with a MojoAxe bridge. The tuners have been replaced by antiqued Kluson tuners. At one point, Grover tuners had been installed and since removed, and the footprints of their washers remain. The nut has been replaced with a bone nut. The strap button at the heel of the neck has been moved and an empty screw hole has been left in its original spot.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action and optimal neck relief. The frets are medium with moderate play wear. The serial number dates to 1961.
