Gibson 70s Les Paul Deluxe 2022 - Goldtop

Description

Here we have a Gibson 70s Les Paul Deluxe Goldtop from 2022! This guitar is in good condition, save for some damage on the lower side.

This model pays homage to the carved top Les Paul that was re-introduced in 1969 and quickly transitioned to Mini Humbuckers, electronics held in place well into the 70s. Additionally it features a maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, Tune-O-Matic bridge, and stop tailpiece.

This one took a notable hit to the side near the input jack. There are a handful of large areas where the lacquer is cracked or missing. The wood itself is not too dented-in considering. The jack plate has a dent in it as well. The rest of the guitar is very clean, no breaks, no repairs, no issues.

This one weighs 10lbs 6oz. It has a D shaped neck with a fuller shoulder. Though still round, the apex of the neck is almost flat. It measures .880 to .985 at the 1st and 12th. It has nice clarity with a bold bass presence and clear top end. There's a touch of resonance and overtones acoustically off the body as well. It feels nice under the picking hand, dynamic, and easy to dig into.

Ships in the original case and includes the factory photo, strap, multitool, and other paperwork.
