Finish: Original finish except for light over-spray on the back of the neck. This is only present on the back of the neck between the nut and the neck heel. The finish on the headstock is original.

Cosmetic Condition: The mandolin is in very good condition for its age. The finish on the body is glossy with light scuffs and scratches throughout. The finish on the back is well worn from use. The metal hardware is nicely tarnished with age.

Modifications/Repairs: There is light over-spray on the back of the neck from the nut to the neck heel.

Tech Notes: The mandolin plays well with low action. The frets are small with play wear. The serial number dates to 1923. The appointments including the one piece maple neck are consistent with 1923.
