Here we have a 2024 ’59 Les Paul VOS from the Gibson Custom Shop! This one was upgraded and hand wired by Mitch Ingram at Emerson Custom with his 1meg harness.

Specs include a flame maple top, mahogany body, mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, trapezoid inlays, deluxe tuners, ABR-1 bridge and stop tailpiece. It has a 12” radius, 1.6875” nut width, and 24.75” scale length. The pickups are the original Custombuckers.

This guitar is in great shape. It’s been lightly played and shows a few faint marks when inspected closely, but mainly it looks showroom new with a nice VOS patina. As mentioned, the pots and caps were upgraded at Emerson, but the original Gibson harness is included. Additionally, Mitch signed and dated the inside of the control plate. Finally, there is another 500K Emerson wiring kit included with the guitar as a bonus.

This one weighs 8lbs 11oz. The neck measures .870 to .990 at the 1st and 12th frets. It has a full, rounded C profile that feels just right, not too big, not too much shoulder. The guitar has warm, clear mids off of the body with a sparkle to the top end. It plays quite well and is a great looking instrument. The 1meg Emerson kit increases the output and allows more brilliant trebles through the signal.

Ships in the original hardshell case and includes the COA, hang tags, checklist, original wiring harness, black toggle switch cavity plate, Emerson 500K LP Reissue wiring harness, and other paperwork.

Returns

All items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. When you shop at Tone Wolf, you'll have one week from the date of delivery to decide if the gear is right for you. Please contact us prior to shipping your item back for return authorization and instructions.
