Gibson Custom Shop 2023 Historic Collection 1959 Les Paul VOS
This is a "1959 Les Paul VOS" with a beautiful flame maple top that has a clear, three-dimensional finish.
It is finished in Washed Cherry Sunburst.
The hide-gluing and parts have been carried over from the True Historic series, and the specifications from 2019 have been adopted for the headstock logo shape and silkscreen tint, fingerboard inlay material, vintage taper pots and bumblebee-type oil capacitors.
The neck is an Authentic 59 Medium “C”shape, which has been used since 2018 and is very slightly thinner than earlier '59 models.
The pickups are equipped with un-potted Custombucker.
The guitar is in good condition with no noticeable scratches, although there is a few pockmarks on the side of the back panel and a few scuffs on the body back.
The neck and truss rod are both in good condition.
