Payment All prices listed on our site are cash prices. We accept U.S POST OFFICE MONEY ORDERS and BANK WIRES. 25% non refundable cash deposit will hold anything for 30 days (sometimes 60 days). We must have an email agreement about any extension of our layaway arrangement. If not, there is a penalty of 15% immediately 1 day after agreed to original balance day. Then another 10% added on each week until balance is paid. We ONLY accept US Postal Money orders for amps and effects (sorry). We ONLY accept Bank Wires or Post Office Money orders for all sales outside the U.S.

To return:You must first call within 24 hours to receive refund.You are responsible for shipping costs-shipping back the same method it was shipped & fully insured). You must ship the item back fully insured within 24 hrs (and send us the tracking number). We do not have any approval time on layaway's, amps or effects. If a customer cancels an agreement after confirmation, there is a 25% restocking fee.
