Electronics: Original electronics and wiring. The pot code date on the tone pot is obscured by solder. The volume pot date is visible and dates to 1952. The solder joints for the pickup ground wires on the back of the volume pot have been touched up.

Pickup Measurements: Neck- 4.1k Bridge- 4.8k

Hardware: The nut has been replaced, and the original is included in the case. The neck has been refretted. The remaining hardware is original.

Weight: 7 lbs 8 oz

Cosmetic Condition: The guitar is in good cosmetic condition with expected signs of aging and play wear. There are small dents and dings throughout the body and neck.

Modifications/Repairs: The neck has been refretted with vintage-spec fret wire. The refret was done cleanly so that no over-spray or refinishing of the neck was necessary. The nut has been replaced, and the original is included in the case. The rubber spacers on the bridge pickup height adjustment screws have been replaced.

Tech Notes: The guitar plays well with low action. The frets are narrow with minimal play wear. It is being dated to 1952 based on the serial number, neck pocket date, and neck pencil date. The neck pencil date is 11-19-52. The neck pocket pencil date is 11-11-52.

Case Details: Original hardshell case with original hang tags included.

We give you 3 days from the shipping date on Vintage instruments, and 15 days on New instruments. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price.
