1974 Fender Telecaster Custom Sunburst Vintage Original Guitar w Case Tags CLEAN!
Here’s a Beautiful 1974 Fender Telecaster Custom in the desirable 3-Tone Sunburst finish with a rosewood fingerboard. This one is 100% original with no issues, and all electronics and components date correctly to late 1973 early 1974. Pretty confident we were the first to take apart to confirm authenticity...nice honest vintage guitar here.
It comes with the originally supplied case (not Fender-branded), original ashtray bridge cover, the original Fender Telecaster Custom inspection tag, and even a couple of vintage Sam Ash tortoise picks from the era — a nice bonus. The guitar has just been gone through, plays well, and sounds excellent.
Condition is excellent overall, with only a small area of light surface wear on the back. Otherwise, it’s quite clean and shows very minimal signs of use. The combination of the Seth Lover Wide-Range humbucker in the neck and the traditional Telecaster bridge pickup is a killer setup, and it’s easy to see why players like Keith Richards gravitated toward these.
A very clean, original example of a mid-’70s Telecaster Custom that checks all the right boxes.
