From my personal collection; In a word, this guitar is ‘stunning’ in every measurable way, I’ve never known of anything quite like it. Apart from a few fretboard marks and tiny finish imperfections scattered about, this guitar is pretty much ‘mint’. Its original tweed case is equally shocking, you just never see anything this clean! But she’s more than just a supermodel, this is an amazing instrument as well. It’s 100% original and has all the ‘57 features everyone loves so much; gorgeous 2-tone sunburst finish, lightweight, long & deep body contours, and a chunky V neck profile with a finish that hasn’t even yellowed! There’s also lots of fret height so it plays like butter, and it’s arguably one of the best sounding Strats I’ve ever heard. I generally don’t like to take guitars like this out, but I’ve recorded with it a few times because of how great it sounds. THIS guitar shatters the myth that ‘mint guitars sound like shit’…can you imagine having a guitar that looks this good, but sounds even better? Simply unheard of…you’ll never find a better one, I guarantee it.
