1955 Fender Stratocaster – Sunburst
Description
It doesn’t get much better than this 1955 Fender Stratocaster in its original Sunburst finish for us guitar geeks! We purchased this Stratocaster from the son of the original owner, Walter King, a Long Island Blues player who decided to put his name right on his guitar. It’s clear that Mr. King took fantastic care of his Stratocaster, as it appears to have just stepped out of a time machine. The spectacular wood grain in the one-piece ash body is nicely showcased through the finish, and there is virtually no wear on the maple neck or the original parts.
Overall Condition: 9.5, near mint with some light play wear
