The "Fat 1954 Stratocaster Relic with Closet Classic Hardware" model was produced in a limited edition to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Stratocaster.
This limited-edition “Fat 1954 Stratocaster Relic with Closet Classic Hardware” model commemorates the 70th anniversary of the Stratocaster.
It has a slightly thicker 07/54 Soft 'V' neck profile based on a July 1954 Stratocaster, a 9.5" radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets to improve playability.
It is equipped with hand-wound Fat '50s pickups signed 'VP', which are wired to allow the original rear pickup tone control to function.
The guitar is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. The frets show almost no wear and the neck and truss rod are in perfect working order.
