1965 Fender Bass V "Original Olympic White Finish with Matching Head Stock"
Description
A 1965 Fender Bass V “Olympic White Finish with Matching Headstock” has arrived in stock.
The world's first 5-string bass, born from a concept distinct from modern multi-string basses, was developed as an instrument capable of unique playing techniques and extended range by shifting the vertical fingering of a standard 4-string model into a parallel configuration.
Produced from its introduction in 1965 until 1970, it is known for being used by Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones.
While it is a rare collectible piece, it is actually a bass we strongly encourage active bassists to choose as a “bass that demands creative playing, both old and new.”
While it shows wear and weathering, it remains in excellent condition for vintage gear.
Frets and nut have been replaced.
Pot Date / 3046542
PU Date / 11- 6※-65
Price: 792,000JPY
Comes with Original Hard Case
