This transforms the pedal into a pseudo-dual channel overdrive by introducing two independent controls that activate when the "Hot" footswitch is engaged: Hot Gain: Adds a secondary gain stage before the main circuit for increased saturation and sustain. Hot Volume: A secondary output control after the circuit, allowing for a dedicated solo boost or a volume cut to maintain parity.
