1952 - 59 Gibson Les Paul Conversion

Looking for an Old Wood Les Paul... then check this one out it's the Best of the Best...!! The guitar started out as an all original 1952 P90 Goldtop Les Paul. All the woods, (mahogany body, maple top, mahogany neck, Brazilian fingerboard, Holly Veneer, Inlays, Body Binding, MOP Gibson Headstock Inlay)) are original to the guitar. The conversion was done in 2014 by JamCity Guitars. The guitar has a Beautiful plain maple top. It's lightweight at 8lbs. ​10oz.and is super resonant. The guitar is loaded with mostly 59 vintage parts that include: (Tuners, Switch & Harness, ABR1, Tailpiece, Jackplate, Black Backplates). The pots & Bumble Bees are from 1961 and the switch ring is from 68. The truss rod cover and strap buttons are from the original 52. Only repro parts are ThroBak​ JW-102B pickups & rings, and a JamCity Pickguard. The top is a beautiful 2 piece plain maple top that has all the look of a real Burst. Neck measurements are: 1st-.836 / 3rd-.840 / 5th-.851 / 7th-.862 / 9th-.884 / 12th-.920.

Conversion includes the following:
Steam Out Original Neck
Rework Tenon/Neck Pocket (Hide glue & Mahogany shim)
Reset Neck To 4 Degrees then glue it back in with Hide Glue
Add 4 degree neck angle to the body
Plug P90 Routes/Route For Humbuckers
Cherry Sunburst with Correct Nitro Lacquer​, Natural aging & Checking
Refret / Bone nut
Gibson 1960's HS Case
